Relaxing wraparound deck, screened in porch, hardwood floors, and custom cabinetry. Fully stocked kitchen. Table that seats eight people, island that seats four. Living room has a comfortable leather sofa and chairs. Relax and watch the 65" Smart TV by the stone fireplace!

Master bedroom suite is the entire top floor with double doors leading to a private balcony porch with 2 rocking chairs to enjoy those beautiful evenings. Equipped with a 55" smart TV, closet, king sized bed and private bathroom with soaker tub, and shower.

The loft is open to the living room below, and features a bar table with 4 stools, a smart TV, 2 chairs and a sofa sleeper for extra guests.

On the main level there is one bedroom with a 50" smart TV and plenty of closet space and two full beds. Double door that opens up to the screened in porch. Bathroom on main floor with soaker tub and shower. Also on the main level is your fully stocked kitchen and living room space with double doors to the screened in portion of the wrap around porch. Porch has chairs, cornhole set outside and several board games. There is also an oversized connect four on the deck.

There is a finished basement with a brand-new Foosball table, Infinity game console with 50 preloaded games, comfortable sofa, chairs, 75" Smart TV for those movie nights, and the third bedroom and bathroom are located here! With 55" smart TV in the bedroom, King sized bed, closet, and private bathroom with shower/soakers tub combo and one sink.

The fireplace will be inoperable April 1-Oct 1. yearly.

Enjoy the resort amenities - 2 GUEST RESORT AMENITIES PASSES, for 4 people per pass, INCLUDED WITH RESERVATIONS!! EXTRA Guest passes can be purchased at the POA office (closed Sat. & Sun.) for $59 (4 guests) for the duration of your stay for all amenities the resort has to offer! Three outdoor pools, one indoor pool, mini golf, arcade & gym.

Pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Proof of vaccinations, flea protection, and worm protection will be required. There is a $100 pet deposit fee.

Although you won’t want to leave your “little slice of heaven”, there's no shortage of activities in this wonderful area. Ellijay and Blue Ridge are both incredible small towns with antique shops, taverns, breweries, farm-to-table restaurants, and more. There’s truly something for everyone in these beautiful mountain communities.

Tour the award-winning vineyards (Engelheim, Ellijay River, Cartecay, Serenberry) or all the surrounding breweries and orchards like Mercier Apple Orchard. Visit Fall Branch Falls or bask on the water with plenty of tubing, fishing or boating. Maybe cross that water over the famous Toccoa Swinging Bridge!

Conquer the mountains on breathtaking hiking and mountain biking trails. And seasonally, enjoy the Blue Ridge Railway, local festivals and other activities.
